What can I say? This is simply some of the best hot pot you can find. It's not like a typical hot pot joint. Each diner gets their own personal pot and it's not spicy. But what you do receive is excellent service (usually one waiter speaks English) and you get high quality ingredients. The sesame sauce is AMAZING. The shaobing bread is so delicious. You can not eat here and not try them.
I was surprised to learn that Ding Ding Xiang (or it's English name "Hot Pot Paradise") is actually quite a big chain. I saw one when I was in Harbin.
